The PAC team is seeking enthusiastic student volunteers to assist us during the upcoming Holiday Show on Friday, December 5, 2025. PAC will be managing the Food & Drinks Bar, and we would greatly appreciate extra hands to ensure everything runs smoothly.

We are looking for support in the following areas:

Raffle (between 5 - 8 pm) Assistants: Help with the 50/50 raffle sales and collection during the show.

Ushers: Welcome guests, guide them to their seats

Clean-Up Crew: (between 8 - 9 pm) Help tidy up and restore the area after the show.

We would like to have about three (3) students assigned to each role.

This is a great opportunity for students to earn community service hours, build teamwork skills, and support both the PAC and the school during one of LU’s most festive events.

Interested students are asked to sign up by Thursday, December 4th, 2025 in the front office.

EPIC is hosting a grass clearing event on Saturday, December 13, from 8-10am. They are hoping to clear some of the weeds in the Fort Amsterdam area to help the native plants grow. Included is the registration link in case any of the students or teachers are interested. 

*Children under 13 need to be accompanied by a parent.

This year, the LUPS Executive Student Government & LU Griffins are proud to announce that we are organizing a Christmas Food and Toy Drive to support children and families in need during these challenging times.

We kindly ask all LU families to contribute toys and non-perishable food items for this meaningful initiative. Donations can be made until December 12th, 2025. All collected items will be distributed to various organizations across the island.
