Welcome to 8th Grade U.S. History! This course explores the founding, growth, conflict, and transformation of the United States from the colonial period through Reconstruction. Students will examine key events, people, and ideas that shaped the nation—such as the American Revolution, the Constitution, westward expansion, the Civil War, and the struggle for equality. Through engaging lessons, discussions, and primary source analysis, students will build critical thinking skills and a deeper understanding of the American story.
