The course aims to provide students with broad concepts of physics and chemistry that explain our understanding of matter, motion, energy, and the universe. It will allow students to make real-life connections. The course outcomes include explaining how the idea of atoms evolved and describing how properties of matter relate to their chemical structure. Students will be assessed through exams, quizzes, assignments, and activities. The grading will be based on assessments and assignments, including class participation, tasks, and major exams.
