What is the estimated delivery time?

Generally, Lumiere32 ships the items within the estimated delivery time as mentioned with every product (“referred as Guaranteed Delivery Date”).

Business days exclude public holidays and Sundays.

Estimated delivery time is dependent on the product's availability and could vary from each seller offering the product.

'In Stock'

Items which are in "In Stock" will be delivered in time as mentioned with every product (“referred as Guaranteed Delivery Date”).

Sometimes, items have to be imported by Lumiere32 from outside of Singapore. These items can take at least 3-4 weeks or more to be delivered to you.

'Out of Stock'

Currently, the item is not available for sale.

What are the delivery charges?

We provide three delivery options Standard, Same Day, Next Day.

One day Delivery S$ 20 per order (One day Delivery option is not available for order placed on Saturdays and Sundays)

Priority Delivery S$ 10 per order ( We will put your order ahead in the delivery schedule. Get up to S$10 cashback if your order gets delayed. Delivery lead time 1-2 working days. )

FREE delivery on orders valued at S$100 or more. (Minimum Order for Free delivery is SGD 100.00. Delivery lead time 3-5 working days.)

There are zero hidden charges(except taxes) when you make a purchase on Lumiere32. The prices listed for all the items are final but not inclusive of taxes. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you pay.

Delivery charges are extra and if your order value is S$150 or more, in that case the delivery charge is waived off.

Can I change my shipping address while in transit?

Once your order has been processed, we cannot accept changes to the shipment and address.

Can I ship to a different address other than my own business address?

As per our policy, we do not ship products other than business address. Shipping address has to be your clinical business address ONLY.

What if my tracking details show “Delivered” but I did not receive my order?

If your medical/dental clinic building has a front office, doorman, mail room, or receptionist, your package may get delivered to them to be signed for, per the local rules of your building.

In such cases it may be considered “delivered” per the carrier’s rules, so we encourage you to sign up for real time updates on your shipment.


Does Lumiere32 deliver internationally?

In order to fulfill orders for our international customers, Lumiere32 now delivers items Internationally depending upon the regulatory requirement of the product in your country.
