II. These Offer Terms are in addition to the Lumiere32.sg Terms of Use and Privacy Notice to which you agree by using the Lumiere32.sg platform. 

III. This Offer is a limited-period offer, unless extended or revoked by Lumiere32, at its sole discretion.

IV. This Offer cannot be combined with any other offer or promotion available on Lumiere32.sg.

V. Lumiere32 reserves the right, at any time, without prior notice, without liability, and without assigning any reason whatsoever, to add/alter/modify/change or vary all of these Offer Terms or to replace, wholly or in part, this Offer by another offer, whether similar to this Offer or not.

VI. Any queries in relation to the Offer should be addressed to Lumiere32 support.

Neither Lumiere32 or any of their affiliates make any warranty of any kind, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of quality, merchantability for a particular purpose or for delivery or after sales services) in relation to the products. You hereby release Lumiere32 and their affiliates from liability of any kind in relation to the above.

VIII. Under no circumstances, will the cashback being offered under this Offer be settled in cash in lieu thereof by Lumiere32. There are no cash or other alternatives available in whole or in part, in relation to the cashback under this Offer.

IX. No requests for transfer or assignment of the cashback under the Offer shall be entertained by Lumiere32. You agree that all decisions of Lumiere32 in relation to the Offer are final and binding on you. Failure by Lumiere32 to enforce any of these Offer Terms in any instance shall not be deemed a waiver of the Offer Terms and shall not give rise to any claim by any person.

X. Nothing herein amounts to a commitment by Lumiere32 to conduct further, similar or other offers.

In case your order is not successful and your money has been credited to our account, then we would proactively initiate refund immediately and your account will be credited with the amount. The time period depends on your bank, we will initiate the refund process as soon as this sort of incident occurs. Please check your bank/credit card account to first ensure if your account has been debited. 

If your account has been debited after a payment failure, it is normally rolled back by banks within 10 business days. The time taken can vary from bank to bank and we unfortunately won't be able to expedite this. Please check with your bank for more details. If your bank informs you otherwise please get back to us. If the money has been credited to our account we would initiate refund within 3 days of your request. Receipt of the refund would however depend on the mode of payment mode chosen by you.
