How do I place an Order?

Ordering at Lumiere32 is easy. Placing your first order at Lumiere32? Just select the items you want to shop, enter your shipping address, payment information and preferred Delivery time and that's it! Your order will be delivered to your clinic in stipulated time. If you need any assistance, you can drop us a note at connect@lumiere32.sg and we would get back to you at earliest, we would be happy to help you.

How to generate a 'Quotation'?

Add all the products into the cart you may wish to purchase through Lumiere32 website and simply click on ‘Checkout’ it will direct you to the page where you may ‘Proceed to Payment’ or ‘Generate Quote’. All quotations generated will be sent to your registered email address and would be available to you for view/print under My Account>Quotation.

Please Note: All Quotations generated through Lumiere32 website will be valid for 7 Day with Subject to Product/s availability.

How will my order be delivered to me?

Your order would be delivered through our specialized 3PL partners at your given Clinic Address. If your cart has items from different sellers, you order might come in parts within stipulated time.

How will I know if order is placed successfully?

Once your Order is successfully placed, you will receive a confirmation over email from Lumiere32. This mail will have all the details related to your order. Order details can also be viewed at 'My Account' → 'My Orders' if you have placed the order on your own online.

How do I check the status of my order?

We make it easy for you to track your order . Once your order is placed you would receive an email with your order details. You can track the order at 'My Account' → 'Track your order' → 'Track Package'. If you have items from different sellers in your order, you might not be able to track all parts of your order through this tracking system.

In case you have any doubt or you didn’t receive your order within stated time, you may drop us an email at connect@lumiere32.sg or you may simply go to 'My Account' → 'Quick Support' → select first option” I didn’t receive my order” → Type in your order number in message section and submit. Our customer support officer will get back to you within 48 hours.

What does the different order status mean?

Interpretation of various order status.

Confirmed: Your order has been successfully placed with Lumiere32.

Verified: Your payment mode and delivery details have been verified.

Processing: We have received your order and it has been forwarded to the Lumiere32 operations team for the confirmation.

Dispatch: Order has been packed by our operations team and ready to be picked up by our courier partner.

Shipped: Your order has been dispatched for delivery.

Part of your order Delivered: Part of your order has been delivered to your address successfully.

Delivery Completed: All parts of your order have been delivered to your address successfully.

What if there is a delay in shipment?

We ensure timely delivery. If there is any any delay due to unforeseen circumstances, it is possible that your order might be delayed. We will send you an E-mail/SMS informing you about the delay along with the revised expected delivery date. Visit 'MY Orders' page in 'My Account' and click on 'TRACK ORDER' to get real time status of your order.

Can I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, you may simply go to 'My Account' → 'Orders' → ‘Request to cancel’ few or complete order. Our support team would be notified immediately and we will process your request accordingly.

Please Note: As long as your order has not been dispatched we can cancel it and refund your amount. If your order has been dispatched but yet to be delivered, please do not accept delivery and contact our Orders management team at sales@lumiere32.sg to inform them of the same.

Can I place a bulk order for an item(s)?

In order to place a bulk order please drop a mail to sales@lumiere32.sg with your requirements and the concerned team would get back to you. We might have to check available stock with us before you do payment for bulk orders.

How do I do a trial of the product I purchased?

Trial is the product is not allowed, once packaging is open it will not be replaced. For more information please check our Return Policy. If you wish to see any product physically, you may request Sample/Demo given on individual product page and our customer support officer will get back to you within 48 hours to arrange an appointment with you.
