Operating Notes and Routines are prominently displayed around all work areas. These documents outline key tasks that must be completed during each shift. They serve as essential guides to ensure that all necessary duties, including cleanliness, safety, organisation, and friendliness of the facility, are consistently attended to.
Operating Notes and Routines are divided into two categories:
General Operating Notes and Routines
These encompass tasks that are standard across all facilties and shifts.
Site-Specific Operating Notes and Routines
These detail tasks that are specific to each work area or location.
It's crucial for all staff members to familiarize themselves with both sets of guidelines. It's imperative for staff to actively engage in completing these tasks throughout their shifts to uphold operational standards and contribute to a positive workplace environment.
TANDA CHECKLISTS
Checklists help staff complete regular tasks safely and thoroughly during their shifts. In Tanda, checklists are accessed through the mobile app and may include tick-off items, photo uploads, or recording temperatures and weights. If something is missed or outside the correct range, it’s flagged for follow-up. Managers can review completion status, staff comments, and any uploaded photos to ensure tasks are done properly. Key checklists are in place for stadium and rock climbing operations, kiosk duties, lifeguard responsibilities, and opening and closing shifts.
