The reception and foyer area should be neat and tidy with a staff member present for a warm greeting for our patrons. Any customer entering the facility must be registered and accounted for in our Active World system to ensure accurte record keeping.

This should be manned at all times to greet guests, as first impressions are important. This counter is to be organised and clean at all times. This positon is part of the kiosk operations

The Daily Routines are required for cleaning and the maintaining of this area, ensuring it is clean and organised.

OFFICE AREA
OFFICE AREA
The office area is located adjacent the reception area, for the manager to complete their administration duties. At no times should staff be loitering and congregating in this area. This is a work space, not a social meeting point, and there are other tasks that require attention especially if patrons are in the facility, especially in the pools. Lifeguards and kiosk attendants only need to be in this area if they are reporting to the manager, conducting water testing, or restocking the kiosk.

All employee phones must be left in the PHONE BOX in the office. Only the Duty Manager is allowed to carry their personal phone for emergency requirements only.

We are committed to providing our customers the best maintained facility possible. All change rooms should be regularly checked during the day to ensure the area is clean and tidy, and that toilet paper, hand towel and soap is restocked. The end of day clean is more detailed with floors hosed and areas disinfected. Please ensure you pick up and dispose of any rubbish including what pools in the drains. A weekly deep clean is also scheduled. This includes scrubbing floors, tiles and sinks and cleaning out drains.
