The Cobar Management Team oversees and is responsible for the daily operations of the facility and reports to the L+R Group General Manager. All daily operational items should be reported and communicated through this team.

Cobar Memorial Swimming Pool is located in the town centre on a large corner block located at the Cnr Prince and Murray St Cobar NSW 2835. In 2008, the facility saw the completion of a upgrade that include a new liner, multifunction pool, and waterslide.

There is wheelchair access ramps available that allows access to both the 50m pool and multifunction pool.

The complex also offers plenty of spacious lawn areas with plenty of shade available, free BBQ facilities, outdoor table tennis and chess game and a kiosk; The Wriggly Bean - Fun, Fantastic Food.
