Course Description: This is an advanced level art course, designed to introduce the student to using the computer as an art tool. Students will explore Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator software with use of the digital drawing tablet as tools to create original works of art. We will further our knowledge of the elements and principles of design, as well as art history, to further our art making skills. Students will be challenged with a new media, and expected to grow in their abilities no matter what knowledge of art and adobe software that they begin the semester with.
