6th Grade Choir

6th grade choir students will start learning songs by rote while also learning to read an octavo, learn solfege with hand signs, music theory and vocabulary.  They will also learn songs for their concert.  We build community and learn the procedures and guidelines for our class as well.

6th graders will have one concert at the end of the semester.  

We will build community by singing together and playing games,  movie days after school and a Skate City event after school only for choir students.

I am so excited to meet these students and create a once in a lifetime experience together!
