1. Pick a stone form the jar.
2. Holding the stone, tune in to your sense of touch. What does the stone edges feel like?, What is the temperature of the stone? Is it smooth or rough?
3.Tune in to your sense of sight. What does the stone look like? Does it have veins or spots? Can you find shapes in the stone?
4. Tune in to a thought or feeling you would benefit from letting go. Imagine transferring that thought or feeling into the stone.
5. When you are ready to let it go, with a deep breath drop it in the jar of water and imagine that thought or feeling washing away.
