Angie Zerr

Mrs. Zerr (she/her) has a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology with an emphasis in Social Work from Oklahoma State University, and a Master’s Degree in Educational Counseling along with a Principal License, both are from the University of Phoenix.  She has been in the Denver-Metro area her entire life except when she went to Oklahoma for college. She was born in Brighton, Colorado. She has been at Littleton High School for 23 years as a counselor. She teaches a sophomore study center, is the AP Co-Coordinator and the SSD Coordinator.  She sponsors the Student Council junior class as well as the early high school Brain Bowl club.  Mrs. Zerr is willing to meet and work with anyone that needs help.

Mike Puchino

Mr. Puchino has worked at LHS for 26 years.  His first assignment was as a Social Studies teacher and Head Boys' Basketball Coach.  He has his Bachelor's and Teaching License from Metro State University.  He has also attained his Administrator's License and a Master's in Counseling from the University of Phoenix.  Mr. Puchino worked for many years with the Girls' Basketball Program and is currently an Assistant Coach for the newly formed Women's Flag Football team.  He currently teaches a Study Center, which assists students in earning credit through online classes.

Grady Beach

Grady is a Tennessee native that is excited to spend her first year in Colorado as a LHS school counselor! She graduated with her Psychology degree in 2020, M.Ed in School Counseling in 2022, and formerly worked in a middle school. She is thrilled to start her counseling journey with high school students.Miss Beach will be the AP Co-Coordinator, Foreign Exchange Program Coordinator, and PSAT 9 and PSAT 10 Coordinator.   Outside of LHS, she enjoys soccer games, skiing, trivia nights with friends, and cuddling with her kitty, Louis. 

School counselors perform a wide variety of tasks. They are trained to give valuable assistance to students, helping them with their academic planning, college counseling, and goals, as well as their social, personal, and career development. With their help, students can navigate problems a bit easier and with confidence. Here at LHS we have an open door policy and welcome students into our offices anytime!

Julia Kuttler, MSW, LCSW

Mrs. Kuttler (she/her) has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and a Master's Degree in Social Work, both from the University of Denver.  She has worked in a variety of middle and high schools in the Denver-Metro area since 2018 and has a background in Special Education.  As a social worker, Mrs. Kuttler is passionate about mental health and equity. She is also the Counselor and Study Center teacher for the Early High School program, and co-sponsor of the Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Club.

Millie Porter(Hobgood), MSW, LSW

Mrs. Porter (she/her) has a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology, from Hollins University and a Master's Degree in Social work, from  the University of Denver.  Mrs. Porter strongly believes all students deserve access to an equitable education that supports their mental well being.  At LHS she also co-sponsors the Gender Sexuality Alliance (GSA) and provides mental health support for students with ALPs. She also helps families navigate community resources and programs.

Tammie Petrone, LPC, MFTC

In 2010, Tammie received her Master’s Degree in Mental Health and School Counseling from Long Island University, New York. Since then, she earned a License in Professional Counseling (LPC), and a Marriage & Family Therapy Candidate license (MFT-C). In general, her experiences range from school contexts, to hospital settings, and private group therapy practices.  


Tammie is very excited to start a new chapter at Littleton High School. She is passionate about building relationships and  hopes to be a trusting and loving connection for students, staff, and families. 

As School Social Workers and MH Counselor, Mrs. Kuttler, Ms. Hobgood, and Mrs. Petrone provide a range of services, including: individual and/or group counseling with students experiencing mental health or social difficulties; crisis intervention; meeting and communicating with families; assistance with accessing resources both within and outside of the school setting; and collaborating with both school staff and outside/community agencies. Above all, they aim to provide the necessary supports to all students in order to help them be happy, healthy, and successful. 

School Psychologists

David Gould, Ed.S., NCSP

David Gould (he/him) has a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from New Mexico State University (Go Aggies!) and an Educational Specialist Degree in School Psychology  from the University of Colorado Denver.  This is his 8th year at Littleton High School and he continues to be excited to be a part of the LHS community.  As a school psychologist, Mr. Gould works primarily with students who require special education services, but many other students get to know him as he helps coordinate assistance for students who are recovering from concussions. 

Dr. Gregory Satmare, Ph.D., NCSP

Dr. Satmare (he/they) has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology from Youngstown State University, and a Master’s Degree and Doctorate Degree in School Psychology from Ball State University. Dr. Satmare completed his doctorate training with specializations in counseling psychology, gender and sexuality, and minority populations. Since 2015, Dr. Satmare has worked in a variety of K-12 public school districts in Indiana and in an integrated healthcare setting as a psychotherapist. Dr. Satmare’s main role at LHS is working with students who require special education services. Dr. Satmare is also the co-sponsor of the Gender & Sexuality Alliance (GSA) and the Diversity, Equity, & Inclusion Club.

As School Psychologists, Mr. Gould and Dr. Satmare are uniquely qualified members of the LHS school team that support students' ability to learn and teachers' ability to teach. They apply expertise in mental health, learning, and behavior, to help children and youth succeed academically, socially, behaviorally, and emotionally. Here at LHS, Mr. Gould and Dr. Satmare primarily work with students who require special education services through a push-in model, individual and group sessions, consultation services, and psychoeducational evaluations. 

Post-Grad Specialist

Kate Walker

Ms. Walker earned a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Colby College in Maine and Master's Degree in School Counseling at Fairfield University, located in her home state of Connecticut.   Before coming to Littleton High School, Kate was a school counselor for over 25 years, primarily at the high school level.  Kate finds the work in the Post Grad Center to be very rewarding, as she truly enjoys helping students plan for their future. You might also catch Kate on the LHS tennis courts, as she also serves as the Assistant Boys Tennis Coach.  Go Lions!

The goal of the Littleton High School Post Grad Center is to assist all students with planning for life after high school, no matter what their future goals are.  Our efforts are supported by a cadre of enthusiastic and resourceful parent volunteers.  The Post Grad Center seeks to meet with every student at least once in their junior and senior years to share resources and help students develop an individualized path.
