3. Families can drop if off at the school at the front office. You can arrange a meeting time outside and we will meet you.

LPS realizes incoming preschool and kindergarten parents want to see inside the school, so that is a priority as soon as it is safe.

• All registrations must go through Hiking Tikes Preschool at Ralph Moody (NOT the ESC administration building at LPS).

  • Paperwork for Preschool registration is all online now. Once LPS Infinite Campus Parent Portal is entered and these listed items are provided, access is approved so you can access link for registration through SchoolCareWorks/DayCareWorks system. This process requires approval (which may take 24-48 hours), and cannot be done all at once.

I am hoping that this message helps with some questions around registration.

First step in LPS is always Infinite Campus. This is the emergency contact information for all LPS students.

For Preschool, If you already have a child in LPS you would log in to Infinite Campus and "add a child." This does not guarantee acceptance into preschool program. Once you do this and turn in your other required information to school, then you would follow link to School Care Works Connect portal for Preschool registration once accepted.

Out of District? Out of Moody area? https://littletonpublicschools.net/open-enrollment If you cannot choose Moody in your drop down then you will need to fill out the proper open enrollment form and work with the ESC Educational Services Center (5776 S Crocker St, Littleton) to change your desired school to Moody. Then Infinite Campus parent portal and follow the rest of registration guidelines.

Moving on to Kindergarten? If you are not in our area you will need open enrollment form (annually). You will also need to make sure you obtain all required paperwork for registration and bring to office by Jan 20, 2022 . If Moody is your home school, you will not need form but will need to turn in paperwork for registration by Jan 20, 2022. Due to COVID, the window is open now.

Required paperwork for preschool registration:

1. Child’s birth certificate (a copy is acceptable)

2. Child’s immunization record (a copy is acceptable) PRESCHOOL also needs a signed HEALTH APPRAISAL FORM

3. Proof of residency, current utility bill (required for in-district enrollment)

4. Copy of Infinite Campus Summary

5. $100 registration fee

6. After acceptance, we will have you enroll in School Care Works Connect Portal

Dear Hiking Tikes Preschool at Ralph Moody Families,

You will be receiving detailed instructions about how to access the program and set up your children for Hiking Tikes Preschool. All of the billing and enrollment will now be going through SCW (SchoolCare Works).

You need to be aware that payment is due upon submission of your child's enrollment (and monthly calendar-for after care). Payment in advance of child care is a common requirement in child care systems in schools and private daycare centers. You will be able to pay by credit card or electronic check through the SchoolCare Works system. Cash, money order and paper check are also accepted. As well as CCAP program for those that qualify.

Every parent will choose preschool program days upon enrollment into the program through the software. Parents will also be responsible for entering their child's after school attendance through the system MONTHLY prior to the 1st of each month. This will allow us to staff the program properly. You may find it helpful to mark your calendar or set a monthly reminder to have your child's attendance submitted by the due date.
