WHAT EXACTLY DO WE DO HERE AT CLIMATE CLUB DC?
We present every year at the North Bay Science Discovery Days science festival in California. This year, the festival was virtual due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We still attended, and made it our goal to make our science labs fun and interactive, so the kids on the call could make the presentation go to what they were interested about. It was a huge success!
AGU is the largest group of scientists in the world, and at Climate Club DC, we presented at their virtual fall meeting in 2020 as the first middle school students to ever do so!
We made a video for the STEM video showcase! You can watch on the Student Videos page, or our youtube channel.
Some of our members spoke at a Montgomery County Climate Youth Hall, and our club was featured in their Climate News article!
