I. The 9-week schedule should be discontinued due to the implications on student learning, class schedules, faculty schedules, class preparations, missed classes, exams and projects, student activities, among others
Implemented.
The College discontinued the 9 weeks schedule and reverted back to the original 18 weeks Semestral schedule.
II. Philippine History as well as Philosophy should be included as part of curriculum
Implemented.
The Philippine History subject is still included in the curriculum but it was revised in 2018 as Readings in Philippine History
The subject Philosophy was integrated in the subject Ethics in the revised curriculum.
III. Thesis advisers be assigned to capstone/thesis groups based on the area of specialization of the adviser and should be compensated appropriately
Implemented.
Advisers in the capstone project and thesis were assigned based on area of specialization. Adviser’s fee was incorporated in the student’s defense fee.

IV. Thesis documentation should include a full chapter on the design of the software/system/application developed to discuss the architecture, modules, data flow, algorithm, UI design, among others.
Implemented.
Thesis Manuscript format and content was updated which includes the presentation of data flow, algorithm , modules, system architecture and system features which shows the UI design.
V. The type of exam questions given to students be reformulated so as to contain more problem solving rather than objective type of questions to test the skills required of CS and IT graduates
Implemented.
Exam questions were reformulated into problem solving and analysis questions to test the skills of CS and IT students. TOS was also included.
VI. Library book and journal collection for the CS and IT programs be significantly increased
Implemented.
Printed downloadable free electronic books from the different DERs are available as additional resources.
Subscription to Deepdyve journal is available in our library website.
VII. Illumination in the classrooms should be significantly improved
Implemented.
The college was transferred to another campus with a new builing named as Center for Learning and Innovation.
Classrooms are well luminated and ventilated. Each room is equipped with 8 luminaire sets each with two (2) 40-W White Triphospher Fluorescent Tube situated 2 sets in each quadrant of the room. Each tube is rated minimum of 2500 lumens.
VIII. The full implementation of the following previous team's recommendations:
a. CS and IT programs be clearly distinguished based on their:

2.) Professional courses offered

4.) Types of thesis/capstone projects
Implemented.
The objectives, professional courses, elective courses and types of thesis or capstone has a distinction aligned and anchored to the CMO of CHED for the IT and CS.
b. Upperclassmen professional courses be delivered as integrated lecture and laboratory wherever appropriate
Implemented.
The lecture and laboratory were integrated in all the professional courses of the college. Grades for both lec and laboratory were computed as one.
c. Appropriate supervision of program and courses implementation be implemented
Implemented.
The college monitors program and course implementation through the synchronization of the syllabus, subject topics and discussion, activities in both the lecture and laboratory and examination.
Program Heads and the Dean performs validation and verification before the start of semester and before a examination will be administered.
d. Faculty members use varied teaching strategies and methodologies to make the courses more interesting and to motivate students to actively participate in class discussions.
Implemented.
Faculty members implement various teaching strategies and methodologies by incorporating online pedagogies and tools such as utilization of Google Classroom, Tesmos, Quizziz, Kahoot, Mentimeter, Padlet and Trello.
To foster student engagement students present pitch and project related presentations.
e. Code-switching be eliminated in the classroom discussions
Implemented.
The institution mandated that the mode of instruction is in the English language.
Faculty members undergo teaching methodology trainings to enhance the delivery of instruction in the English language.
f. Course syllabi could contain references that are recent and available in the library, with complete bibliographic information
Implemented.
Updated books and e-books are available in the library for teacher references and it is reflected in their syllabi.
g. Utilization of library resources by faculty members and students be significantly increased
Implemented.
