About the Teacher
Leah Pasteka
Hi and welcome! I am Leah Pasteka and I'm excited to be teaching 6th grade science this year. This is my 17th year teaching, 6th year in 6th science, and 3rd year at LMS. I have a husband, two boys (Colby is a SENIOR at LHS and Blake is a First grader at LPS), and two dogs. In my free time, I enjoy watching my boys play baseball as well as the Texas Rangers and enjoy watching Baylor Bears and Dallas Cowboys football teams. Looking forward to a great year! It's a Great Day to be a Leopard!

Ashley Deleon
Hi there! I am Ashley Deleon and I will be teaching 6th & 8th Grade Science and Pre-Athletics this year. I am also the Middle School Girls' Coordinator and will be coaching volleyball, basketball, and track. I have been married for 19 years to my husband Paul (teacher & coach at the high school) and we have three boys. Braylon is in his first semester at UMHB, Brody is a junior at Lorena HS, and Brock is a Freshman at Lorena HS. We enjoy hanging out with family and friends and supporting the Leopards. I look forward to getting to know your students!
