This is my 12th year of teaching, my 4th year here at Lorena, and this year I am teaching the special education functional academics classes and the resource math classes at the middle school. I am also a graduate from Lorena ISD. I live in Lorena next door to where I grew up, and my two children attend the primary and elementary schools. I love working in special education and feel passionately about working with special education students, so I am currently working on my masters degree in special education and will complete the program in December 2023. Outside of school, I enjoy going to my kids' activities and hanging out at home with my many, many chickens, dogs, and cats.
