This is my 24th year in education, and I’m excited to be teaching 6th grade health and coaching at the middle school this year. I’m passionate about helping students grow both in the classroom and through sports, and I truly believe in the power of connection and encouragement during the middle school years.

My husband, Chris, and I have two wonderful children — Rylan, who is a junior in high school, and Reese, who is in 7th grade. Outside of school, I enjoy spending time with my family and supporting my kids in all their activities.

Hi my name is Coach K or Coach Jimenez! I coach Volleyball and Softball at the High School and teach at the Middle School! I have taught at the middle school, high school and college level and coached all levels as well. I am originally from Temple, Texas. I played college softball at TC and Hardin-Simmons University! I went to graduate school at Baylor University where I was the Strength and Conditioning G.A. for the Softball, Equestrian, Women's Tennis and Cross Country teams. In my free time I love hanging out with my family, friends and dog! I love to travel! My favorite thing about being a coach and teacher is seeing how much children can transform in a year and how much they can accomplish when they really apply themselves! So glad to be a Lorena Leopard hope to meet or see y'all at some games!
