Hello. I am Mr. Marx and I am happy to be "home" as a 7th and 8th grade Math teacher at Lorena Middle School. I am a proud new member of the Leopard Community and have come to Lorena for my 25th year of teaching. I have taught in Belton, Temple, and Moody and have been educating our youth in History, Math, Science, Golf, and Robotics in 3rd, 5th, 7th, and 8th grades. My wife Laura and I reside in Hewitt and we treasure our family of five grown children and their spouses as well as our 6 grandchildren. It is my pleasure and it is an honor to be allowed to help educate members of the Lorena Community. I am proud to call myself a Lorena Leopard.

This will be my 6th year in education and my 1st in Lorena ISD. I have been married to my wife, Alexa, for 4 years and we have two boys, Brooks (3) and Brewer (1). I am the Special Education Co-Teach Math Teacher at LMS and I also coach football and baseball at LHS. We are excited to raise our family in Lorena and look forward to having a great year!
