fees

Hourly Rate:  $5.00  (billed on the quarter hour)

PAYMENTS

Monthly fees are billed at the end of each school month based on hours of service used.  Monthly fees will be emailed to your primary email listed on the registration form.  

 Failure to make payments in a timely manner will jeopardize your child’s continued enrollment in the program. Ongoing monthly payments are due upon receipt of your bill.

All accounts must be paid in full at the end of each school year, and/or prior to summer or new school year service. Failure to pay will affect continued service and may result in legal action. If  your account has over $200 of unpaid fees,  Extended Day services will be terminated until the bill is paid in full.

LATE CHARGES

A late fee may be charged up to $1.00 per minute ($15.00 per quarter hour), per child for late pick-up. This charge would be reflected in your monthly billing statement. Continual late pick-up will jeopardize your child’s enrollment in the Placer Extended Day Program.

**IF YOUR CHILD IS PICKED UP LATE 3 TIMES, THEN YOUR CHILD(REN) WILL BE DISENROLLED FROM THE PROGRAM**

PARENT/GUARDIAN RIGHTS:

 Each custodial parent has full right to access all student information.

• In the case of divorce or separation: Loomis Union School District Extended Day will recognize the contracting parent as the person responsible for ALL payment, child emergency information, etc.

• Court orders splitting child care costs, (i.e., 50/50) are the responsibility of the contracting parent to resolve.  Placer Elementary Extended Day Program invoices will not be sent to non-contracting parents.

• The non-contracting parent may submit a written request and has a right to copies of student records  related to their child(ren). Upon written request, the contracting parent will be notified that we will release the requested information with 2-4 weeks from the date of the request for the current school year.

The only exception to the above statement would be in the event of a court document restraining child contact and/or emergency information with Loomis Union School District listed as a “named party.”

Parents who call our office to request copies of previous bills, calendars, etc., may be charged a fee depending on the request.
