Loomis Basin Charter School

Extended Day Handbook

Spring 2021

We have been working hard to offer an Extended Day Program to our essential worker families when we return from Spring break. Please note that, as we are under state directives that limit our ratio to 25 children per adult, our Extended Day Program will have limited capacity as compared to previous school years. Due to current state guidance, childcare will be offered first to essential workers.

Interested families please complete the following steps by Friday, March 12, 2021:

  1. Complete application: Loomis Basin Charter School Extended Day Application LINK

  2. Essential Workers should provide a letter from their employer stating which sector of the “Essential Workforce” they are employed in and job title.

  3. Essential Workers provide a letter from their employer stating which sector of the “Essential Workforce” they are employed in and their job title.

  4. Return required documents to the school office or scan and email the documents to tconsulo@loomisk8.org
