In order to return to PE you must either have a date of return on the original medical note or a new one must be submitted to Mrs. Blakesley prior to coming to class to be allowed to participate. All medical notes sent to the school nurse that are relevant to PE are forwarded to Mr. Leahy and Mrs. Gartman. Medical absences will not affect a student's grade.

Students will only be allowed to use 2 parental notes excusing them from class per trimester. Once he or she's accumulated this they must obtain a medical note from a doctor or they will lose points off he or she's grade.
