South Central System of Care Collaborative

The South Central System of Care Collaborative is work group made up of representatives from the Londonderry, Hudson, Merrimack, and Salem School Districts. Our vision is to mobilize the four South Central districts in order to create and/or improve our System of Care for all students in grades K-4. We have worked on common definitions, uniform data collections, providing accurate and reliable resources to our families (i.e. this Family Resource Guide), sharing of professional development opportunities (The ANGST Movie), and sharing of educational resources we currently utilize.
