YMCA - The YMCA of Greater Londonderry offers a wide variety of exciting activities for kids, athletes, families, seniors, and everyone in between. We are a community with an everyday mission to helping our members achieve a balance of spirit, mind, and body. We do that by encouraging good health and fostering connections with new and old friends through sports, fun, and shared interests. Like our sister branches in Manchester, Goffstown, Portsmouth, and Rochester, we are pleased to offer a wide variety of fun individual and family programs.
Creative Little Angels - The Creative Little Angels is a home away from home for your child. We offer superior individualized personal care, as well as a rich academic environment that is sensitive to each child's individual needs and interests.
It is our goal to offer the following:
KinderCare - KinderCare has partnered with Londonderry families for more than 40 years to provide award-winning early education programs and high-quality childcare in Londonderry, NH.
Whether you are looking for a preschool in Londonderry, a trusted part-time or full-time daycare provider, or educational before- or after-school programs, KinderCare offers fun and learning at an affordable price.
A child’s world gets a little bigger every time they step—or crawl, or roll, or hop!—into a KinderCare classroom. Here they can build a skyscraper, cook an imaginary feast, or heal a teddy bear’s runny nose. Everything in our classrooms is designed around their unique needs.
• Safety first (and second, and third!)
We know what it takes to keep children safe, so you can feel sound. It starts with paying attention to every detail—big and small. Every day at our center, you can be confident that your child is in the very best hands.
• Helping them develop who they are
Education is about more than knowledge. It’s about helping children develop the social and emotional skills they’ll use for the rest of their lives. Every KinderCare classroom is a mini-community where we help every child succeed on their own terms.
• Teachers who become part of the family
We hire teachers who care. They do more than teach—they nurture every child, paying attention to everyone’s unique needs. At KinderCare, your child will find teachers who believe in them, who give them the confidence to try new things and make new friends.

A typical day after school- When the children first arrive after school they have three options; to do their homework, play a game in the gamesroom or to play in the gym. Our homework power hour is from 3:00pm to 4:30pm. The children earn points for doing their homework each day and once a month they can cash in their points for prizes. Each day in the gamesroom is a different gamesroom tournament (4:00-4:45pm) where children can earn points for participation and just have fun learning to play each different game. At the end of each week the children’s points are tallied and a king and queen of the gamesroom is posted on the wall. Every afternoon in the gym is a gym game (3:30-4:30). These games consist of various recreational activities; bombardment, matball, run the bases, kickball, three circles of war and many more. Starting at 3:00 our technology center opens for computer usage, arts and crafts, playing boardgames, legos, and other small group activities. At 4:30 our upstairs area opens as well. A recreational activity is played upstairs each day including dodgeball, guard the pin, monarchy and much more. Other activities throughout the week include Drama Club, Fine Arts Club, Craft Club, Lego Masters, and Green Thumbs Garden Club.
