2-1-1NH is the connection for New Hampshire residents to the most up to date resources they need from specially trained information and referral specialists. 2-1-1NH is available 24 hours, 365 days a year.
F.A.S.T Forward - The FAST Forward program is...
- Working with a team using a wraparound process to coordinate care
- Providing unconditional support and individualized flexible programming with a "do what it takes" attitude
- Offering an enhanced array of services, including short-term respite care, and soon to include mobile crisis teams
- Using a "system of care" approach that is family driven, youth guided, community based, and culturally and linguistically competent
- Making sure our youth with the most difficult emotional and substance use issues are connected with the appropriate supports within their community
Referrals are being accepted from families and providers for children and youth who:
- Are Medicaid eligible.
- Are aged six or older who are young adults transitioning out of school, foster care, or state placements.
- Experience difficulties in day-to-day life due to a diagnosis of serious emotional disturbance
- Are at risk of multi-agency involvement (includes out of home placement in a residential treatment facility, psychiatric hospital, or juvenile justice facility).

Mission - Provide limited short term financial assistance to eligible individuals or families until they qualify for employment or other financial assistance programs.
Major Services/Responsibilities - Review and grant general assistance to qualified applicants in accordance with Town guidelines. Assist needy citizens in non-financial ways by acting as liaison with other private and public services. Maintain complete statistical, case, and financial records in accordance with RSA 41:46. Assist other Londonderry municipal departments or civic organisations that serve the needy. Process ambulance and property tax hardship abatement requests.

Helping Children Cope with the Loss of a Loved One
Our Good Grief program offers caring support to elementary and middle school children, ages 4-14, who are grieving the loss of a loved one. Bereaved children are given the opportunity to develop coping skills in a safe and trusting environment.

Keystone Hall serves those with or without insurance, with a focus on serving those least able to afford treatment on their own. No one is turned away, regardless of ability to pay.
Kids in Disability Sports (KIDS) works to enrich the lives of children with disabilities through providing them sports and recreation activities. They also have a monthly dance, an annual sports banquet, and various sporting events. KIDS uses a variety of recreational therapies and work in partnership with organizations to build opportunities. Members of KIDS establish lifelong friendships and parents have the added benefit of contact with other families of children with disabilities.
The library has many great children's programs, teen and adult programs, and educational resources.
The Londonderry Senior Center was organized to provide programs and information to Londonderry seniors to support and promote financial and social independence. The Senior Center also provides educational classes, support groups, and many opportunities for local seniors to meet their peers. Throughout the year, the senior center hosts a number of events. These include bake sales, barbecues, ice cream socials, and other fundraisers. The center also hosts a craft fair each November, an annual Thanksgiving Dinner presented by the Londonderry Fire Department. Members from the center also present the local Warm Homes charity each year with a donation.

This is a program through the NH Department of Education. If a student is eligible, they may receive services including; supplemental tutorial assistance, free books and educational materials, assistance with interagency referrals, and child/ family advocacy. If a referral is made to the program they will then conduct a home visit to determine eligibility.
