All AOJ instructors receive professional development during district provided PD days during the last week of July annually. All CTE instructors participate in professional development focused on the 11 Elements of a High Quality CTE program along with current and up to date teaching competencies, strategies, and district expectations.
Teachers have access to industry recognized professional development (conferences and specific trainings), including the Annual Educating for Careers Conference.
