LOWER MORELAND HIGH SCHOOL
PHYSICAL EDUCATION RULES AND EXPECTATIONS
The Health and Physical Education staff is committed to making the PE experience challenging yet meet the students where they are at their different levels of fitness and enjoyment. We start by recognizing that all students come into the PE experience through their own lens. We must keep this in the forefront of our minds as we work with students to meet them where they are and work on influencing them towards a better life rather than pushing them through a predetermined goal.
Physical Education is the means to allow students the opportunity to participate in a variety of activities. It allows students to improve their physical fitness level, mental and social health and teamwork skills while relieving the tension of academic and other stressors. Movement increases learning, so join us….. Be active, participate and enjoy the PE experience.

Students will be given 5 minutes at the beginning of PE class and 5 minutes to get changed at the conclusion of class. Students are responsible for all of their belongings and valuables. The PE staff and school is not responsible for any lost/stolen items. Students may request locker use.
