Joining the indoor track & field team requires four actions:

1.  Student = Google Interest Form (due Thursday, Nov 7)     

2.  Parent = Arbiter Physical Form submission (due Thursday, Nov 7)  

3.  Student + Parents = Student-Athlete and Family Agreement (due Monday, Nov 10)

4.  Student + Parents = Join the "Remind" App team group (due Monday, Nov 10) 

*In order to join the team: Google Form needs to be submitted by student-athlete,  Arbiter has approved the physical, Agreement has been submitted, student-athlete and parent joined Remind. The DEADLINE for joining the team is Wednesday, November 19th; you may not join after this date.
