Ashley Brand

Woodwind

Ashley Brand is a young and enthusiastic teacher based in Loughton. As a woodwind specialist he is able to provide lessons on saxophone, clarinet, flute and also some beginner piano. Ash has been teaching since the age of 18 and has much experience teaching both young children and adult learners. 

Ash studied at the Royal College of Music and Trinity Laban for his Bachelors and Master’s degrees (respectively) and has helped lead music workshops for the BBC. He describes his approach to music education as rooted in positive reinforcement and believes enjoyment is the key to success as a musician.
