Singing - Piano

Laura started singing in a choir when she was just aged 3 and began learning classical piano at 5 years old. Throughout her childhood in her home region of Catalonia, she sang in several youth choirs and performed in festivals such as the ‘Europa Cantat Junior’.

Laura has a MA in Opera Singing from Guildhall School of Music and Drama but she also has contrasting performance experience in other styles such as contemporary, musical theatre and folk. She has sung in many prestigious venues such as the Barbican, Southbank Centre and St Martin in the Fields and festivals such as Tête-à-tête.

Alongside teaching, Laura is currently a member of the Spanish Chamber ensemble ‘Maria Camahort Quintet’ and features on their record ‘Iberian Colours with the music label ‘Convivium Records’.
