For Church Prayers, have an introductory sentence such as
"God of all nations, The XXXXXXX people have few, if any local believers, gospel resources in their language, and access to your word. We bring them before you now.”
Then continue with the Bible verse, where you might want to omit the introductory ‘Father/Lord’ title at the start.

Father in Heaven, you have told us in scripture that
