Liz Rn, BSN

Hello

Hello my name is Elizabeth Hoffmann (Liz) I opened Breaking Chains LLC in August of 2022. I have an  Associates and Bachelors in Nursing.  I have been a nurse for 15 years. I have experience in hospice for 10 years and also worked as a Sexual Assault/Forensic nurse for 5 years. As a forensic nurse I attended and taught workshops on trauma informed care for children, and adults. I am a strong advocate for the anti-trafficking movement and spent many years sharing my experiences to help others recognize trauma in their life and heal from it. I assisted with training police on their annual education days and  other local organizations on trauma informed care of victims and facilitated the Winnebago County Human trafficking Task Force.  I experienced sound frequency therapy through Bonnie and Steve Vincent (rediscover yourself llc) as well as Tina Kemp prior to becoming certified myself. I had done talk therapy, supplements, and many other modalities to work on my healing but Sound frequency therapy is the only one that got to the core of the why and helped me be aware of my patterns that don't' serve me and how to release them.  It also helped my children  release trauma from an unfortunate event in our lives. I knew I had to get certified and bring Sound frequency therapy to the Fox Valley so that others can experience the healing so many others have experienced.

AO Scan

My background in the medical field assists me with being able to interpret and provide recommendations based on the results of your wellness scan. The scan provides information on diet, infections, acute and chronic issues and we develop a plan for you to take control of your health and advocate and navigate the medical system.

Doula experience

I  have supported many through birth process that lack support otherwise, dealing with teen pregnancy or trauma in life. Whether a healthy pregnancy or with complications, I have a passion to be the person to others I wish i had for myself walking through life events such as pregnancy and birth.  I strive to create a family like relationship to help you feel loved and supported and most importantly heard!

As a hospice nurse I have supported 1000's of families and patients through the dying process.  I understand not only the physical needs of patients from a nursing stand point, but have a passion in helping patients and families understand themselves in a holistic manner. Holistic approach to end of life helps the grief process begin prior to death and create a peaceful loving environment for your loved one to pass on.
