The University of Lucknow has officially become a SWAYAM–NPTEL Local Chapter by IIT Madras

This achievement has been possible due to the visionary guidance and motivation of the Hon’ble Vice Chancellor, Prof. J. P. Saini, who has continuously encouraged digital learning and academic innovation in the university. The initiative will provide students and faculty members access to quality online courses, certification programmes, FDPs, and skill-based learning opportunities through the SWAYAM–NPTEL platform.

Prof. Kiran Lata Dangwal from the Education department has been appointed as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the SWAYAM–NPTEL Local Chapter, University of Lucknow. She will ensure smooth coordination and effective communication between NPTEL and the University.

लखनऊ विश्वविद्यालय आधिकारिक तौर पर IIT मद्रास द्वारा SWAYAM–NPTEL का लोकल चैप्टर बन गया है। यह उपलब्धि माननीय कुलपति, प्रो. जे. पी. सैनी के दूरदर्शी मार्गदर्शन और प्रेरणा के कारण संभव हो पाई है, जिन्होंने विश्वविद्यालय में डिजिटल लर्निंग और शैक्षणिक नवाचार को लगातार प्रोत्साहित किया है। इस पहल के माध्यम से छात्रों और शिक्षकों को SWAYAM–NPTEL प्लेटफॉर्म के ज़रिए गुणवत्तापूर्ण ऑनलाइन कोर्स, सर्टिफिकेशन प्रोग्राम, FDP और कौशल-आधारित सीखने के अवसर उपलब्ध होंगे। शिक्षा विभाग की डॉ. किरन  लता डंगवाल को लखनऊ विश्वविद्यालय के SWAYAM–NPTEL लोकल चैप्टर के लिए 'सिंगल पॉइंट ऑफ़ कॉन्टैक्ट' (SPOC) नियुक्त किया गया है। वे NPTEL और विश्वविद्यालय के बीच सुचारू समन्वय और प्रभावी संचार सुनिश्चित करेंगी। लखनऊ विश्वविद्यालय, प्रौद्योगिकी-सक्षम शिक्षण पहलों के माध्यम से उच्च शिक्षा में उत्कृष्टता को बढ़ावा देने के लिए प्रतिबद्ध है।
