Goel Institute of Higher Studies Mahavidyalaya organized a seminar on "Transform your future through quality online education with Swayam-MOOCs: A step towards Digital India". The programme was coordinated by Mr. Abilash Trivedi, while the welcome address was delivered by Dr. Santosh Pandey, Principal of the institute. The event was graced by the esteemed presence of Dr. Kiran Lata Dangwal, SWAYAM Coordinator at the University of Lucknow, who delivered an insightful lecture. Dr. Dangwal shared her expertise on the role of SWAYAM in enhancing digital education and lifelong learning. She highlighted how MOOCs are revolutionizing access to quality education across the country. The seminar provided a platform for engaging with educational experts and deepening understanding of digital learning initiatives in line with the vision of Digital India.

Lucknow Christian Degree College (LCDC) organized a one-day workshop titled "Learn, Grow, Succeed: Unlock Career Opportunities with SWAYAM MOOCs". The event coordinated by Dr. Manisha which aimed to raise awareness about the transformative potential of SWAYAM Massive Open Online Courses (MOOCs) in enhancing career prospects and academic growth. Dr. Kiran Lata Dangwal, SWAYAM Coordinator at the University of Lucknow, was invited as the Resource Speaker for the session. Speaking at the event, Dr. Dangwal emphasized the role of SWAYAM in democratizing education and creating new avenues for learners from diverse backgrounds. She discussed strategies for effectively utilizing MOOCs for professional development and encouraged students to integrate SWAYAM courses into their academic and career planning. Prof. N.S. Singh, Principal (Officiating) of LCDC, expressed his gratitude to Dr. Dangwal for her enlightening session and highlighted the importance of adopting digital learning platforms to meet the evolving demands of education and employment. The workshop witnessed active participation from students and faculty members, making it a resounding success in promoting digital learning and career readiness through SWAYAM.

शशि भूषण बालिका विद्यालय डिग्री कॉलेज लखनऊ में " स्वयं कोर्सेज के एकीकरण एवं क्रियान्वयन" विषय पर एकदिवसीय कार्यशाला का आयोजन किया गया जिसमें मुख्य अतिथि वह वक्त के रूप में डॉक्टर किरन लता डंगवाल स्वयं को ऑर्डिनेटर लखनऊ विश्वविद्यालय लखनऊ, रही। महाविद्यालय की प्राचार्या प्रोफेसर अंजुम इस्लाम एवं प्रबंधक श्री पंकज भट्टाचार्य जी द्वारा स्मृति चिन्ह एवं पुष्पगुच्छ देकर सम्मानित किया गया। कार्यक्रम में मुख्य वक्ता द्वारा स्वयं पोर्टलMOOCS कोर्सेज के विषय में विस्तृत जानकारी दी गई तथा यह भी बताया गया कि आज के समय में डिजिटल शिक्षक को बेहतर बनाने मे" स्वयं" कीअहमभूमिका है। कार्यक्रम का संचालन स्वयं नोडल अधिकारी डॉक्टर वंदना जायसवाल द्वारा किया गया एवं धन्यवाद ज्ञापन महाविद्यालय की प्राचार्या प्रोफेसर अंजुम इस्लाम द्वारा किया गया यह समस्त कार्यक्रम महाविद्यालय की प्राचार्या के कुशल निर्देशन में हुआ इस अवसर पर महाविद्यालय के प्रबंधक श्री पंकज भट्टाचार्य जी  समस्त शिक्षक गण  एवं समस्त छात्राएं उपस्थित रहीं।

नवयुग कन्या महाविद्यालय की प्राचार्य प्रोफेसर मंजुला उपाध्याय के संरक्षण में स्वयं कमेटी द्वारा एक दिवसीय कार्यशाला का आयोजन दिनांक २९-४-२०२५ को किया गया। कार्यशाला का आरंभ प्राचीन एवं पुरातत्व की विभागाध्यक्ष प्रोफेसर संगीता शुक्ला जो कि महाविद्यालय में स्वयं की नोडल ऑफिसर हैं, द्वारा स्वागत उद्बोधन से किया गया। महाविद्यालय की प्राचार्या प्रोफेसर मंजुला उपाध्याय ने कार्यशाला की मुख्य वक्ता प्रोफेसर दयानंद सनसनवाल, सेवा निवृत्त डीन शिक्षा विभाग देवी अहिल्या विश्वविद्यालय इंदौर तथा प्रोफेसर किरण लता डंगवाल, शिक्षाशास्त्र विभाग, लखनऊ विश्वविद्यालय का स्वागत किया। प्रोफेसर डंगवाल ने बताया कि स्वयम् भारत सरकार द्वारा शुरू किया गया एक कार्यक्रम है, जिसे शिक्षा नीति के तीन मुख्य सिद्धांतों, पहुंच, समता और गुणवत्ता को प्राप्त करने के लिए डिज़ाइन किया गया है। प्रोफेसर सनसनवाल ने  बताया कि स्वयं एक ऐसा प्लेटफ़ॉर्म है जो कक्षा 9 से लेकर पोस्ट-ग्रेजुएशन तक किसी भी समय, किसी भी स्थान पर किसी को भी एक्सेस करने के लिए सभी पाठ्यक्रमों की सुविधा प्रदान करता है। इस अवसर पर स्वयं कमेटी के सभी सदस्य श्रीमती ऐश्वर्या सिंह, श्रीमती नीलम यादव और नेहा पांडेय उपस्थित थी। महाविद्यालय की सभी शिक्षिकाएं एवं छात्राएं तथा शोध छात्राओं ने इस कार्यशाला में प्रतिभाग किया।

On 14th  nov. 2025, Unity P.G. college, Lucknow organized special lecture on the topic “The SWAYAM Blue Print” with co-ordination of Crisp with the objectives of Creating awareness about the swayam Platform among students and faculty. The session aimed to equip learners with the necessary understanding of How MOOCs are designed, delivered, assessed and certified under swayam framework of the Ministry of Education, Government of India. The Programme began with an insightful address by the Academic Mentor Dr. A.M.Saxena ,Prof.(Retd.)University of Lucknow, who presented the view on ‘Integrating digital learning with degree' .The Mentor highlighted the importance of blending traditional Classroom learning with digital Platforms. The lecture was delivered by Dr. Angana sengupta, Local chapter coordinator SWAYAM, NPTEL, IIT, Kanpur.The  speaker discussed course Modules, weekly  planning , Certification process and credit transfer , Assignments, Learning materials and resources and Proctored exams. The speaker also demonstrated how to enroll in courses and track progress on the portal. A live demonstration was provided to help participants navigate SWAYAM, understand course dashboards and interpret module of blueprint. The session was Enriching for the students and it ended with an interactive session between the Resource Person and the students and faculty Present for the session . Resource person engaged the students through questions, discussions, and clarifications. Students asked queries related to course selection, workload management, and exam registration. The Programme has been co-ordinated by Dr. Shailly Pandey, Dr. Puja Kapoor, Dr. Jaina Pandey with a gathering of around 200 students & faculty members in Maulana Azad Hall. The SWAYAM Outreach Programme proved highly beneficial in spreading digital learning awareness within the college. It empowered students to take advantage of government-supported online learning platforms and promoted a culture of self-directed learning.
