The vision of the Lowell Joint Early Childhood Education Program is to ensure all children have early access to high-quality, developmentally appropriate services that intentionally nurture and support the whole child and their family. Our vision is to provide assistance and support to parents and guardians with foundational knowledge and skills to support the academic, social and emotional needs of young learners ranging from the ages of newborn to five years old.
