Susan (Ekgoan Susanti Utami) is helping me with various things. She is well aware in practise and reality about the workload of a lecturer in Indonesia, reflecting on my day-to-day activities. 

• teaching (Managing LMS for classes I teach; scheduling; formatting teaching resources; among many others)

• research (annotating semantic lexicon for semantic tagger project; extracting samples from CQP web for Collocation analysis as well as providing semantic tags and polarity analysis diachronically, formatting research paper; inserting references in Mendeley; among many others)

• community services (following my directions in preparing community services proposal and report; documenting community service activities; among many others)

• administration (categorising my documents  and inserting them into appropriate folders/menus in Google Drive and Sister; reformatting and organising internal accreditation of master program documents; managing orders, delivery, and finance for my books sale; among many others)

Elsa was my assistant during the pandemic. I have known her since she was a student. She helped Susan get acclimated to my activities. She taught most of the things Susan does today in terms of assistantship.  Elsa is now an M.Sc Candidate in Educational Technology, National Yunlin University of Science and Technology, Taiwan.
