Social/Emotional Support
Ms. Thomas would love to help students navigate social and emotional issues that arise. Please make an appointment or swing by the High School Counseling Office - especially in the case of an emergency. Families are also encouraged to reach out if the social/emotional issues are impacting their child's ability to learn and succeed at school. Feel free to send an email or pick up the phone!

Confidentiality Statement
As a professional School Counselor, Ms. Thomas' goal is to maintain strict confidentiality when it comes to students and families at Littleton High School. All meetings held with the School Counselor will remain confidential unless the student or parent/guardian gives permission to share information with related parties.
However, circumstances do arise when we must disclose information to appropriate professionals based on NH state law. Our ultimate goal is to keep all members of the LHS community safe from harm. Reasons for reporting include the following: students in danger of harming themselves, students in danger of harming others, and students in danger of being harmed by others.

The Trevor Project Resource Center: The Trevor Project is the world’s largest suicide prevention and crisis intervention organization for LGBTQIA+ young people

Calm Harm App: Calm Harm is a free app that provides tasks to help you resist or manage the urge to self-harm. You can make it private by setting a password, and personalize the app if you so wish. You will be able to track your progress to notice changes
