Leaders, welcome to Sophomore Year. Welcome back to LIT or if you're new, welcome to LIT, we are so happy you're all here. 

Sophomore year at LIT is very engaging + collaborative and deadlines are set. It's important to stay organized + consistent + communicative. 

Your program facilitator this year will be Dr. Martha. She will be supported by our Student Success Specialist, Leader Dianna. As you step into Sophomore Year with both of them, ask questions + share your interests + be active about creating your community.

Cohort 14 Directory

Strike System: If you fail to turn in your grades, sign up/attend events, attend sessions, or do anything that breaches your contact, you will receive a strike. After 3 strikes, you will be removed and will not be able to return to the program. If it comes to that, you are granted an appeal process and have one week from the day you received your removal letter to advocate for your membership status. If there is something wrong where you cannot turn in your grades, attend events, or abide by your contract, you must advocate for yourself before removal.
