Leaders, welcome to Senior Year. Welcome back to LIT or if you're new, welcome to LIT, we are so happy you're all here.
It's no secret that this year will be one of the most difficult years you've experienced and not necessarily due to "Senioritis", but mainly because this is the year you get serious about what happens after high school. We will be with you every step of the way, but it's important you learn to ask for help for when you need it.
Senior year at LIT is rigorous and deadlines are set. It's important to stay organized + consistent + communicative.
Your program facilitator this year will be Dr. Martha. She is more than knowledgeable in the post-secondary planning. As you step into Senior Year with her, ask questions + share your interests + be active about creating your community.
Be Great 🦁

If it comes to that, you are granted an appeal process and have one week from the day you received your removal letter to advocate for your membership status. If there is something wrong where you cannot turn in your grades, attend events, or abide by your contract, you must advocate for yourself before removal.
