Membership Growth & Recruitment Plan
To grow the number of Masters rowers interested in competing, we will expand outreach through both word-of-mouth efforts and organized recruiting booths (dates to be announced). Recruiting booths will be scheduled 2–3 weeks prior to each Learn-to-Row camp to build interest and momentum leading into these programs.
Our club clothing also plays an important role in promoting LHRC throughout the community—everywhere our members go, they help spread awareness of the club. To support these efforts, each member will receive ten LHRC business cards to hand out whenever opportunities arise to share our passion for rowing and invite new participants to join.
Additionally, we will broaden our visibility with print advertising. Members will receive twenty 4x6 postcards and easels to place in local businesses—fitness centers, supermarkets, restaurants, bars, and any other locations willing to display our materials. This grassroots effort will help connect with potential rowers across our communities and strengthen our recruiting pipeline.
