How do children grow? Specifically, how do children develop physical, cognitive, social, and emotional characteristics in their early years? What factors influence a child's health and well-being, could it be their nutrition, environment, relationships, and socio-economic conditions? What is the role of community resources in supporting children and families' welfare and development?Â
Do you have the skills necessary to care for children in a positive and nurturing manner across different settings, ensuring their safety and well-being? Through practical experiences and critical analysis, you will gain a deeper understanding of child development and the responsibilities of caregivers.
