As the school does not have funds to cover the cost of travel/admission charges, we must ask parents/carers to make a payment to cover the costs involved. Once your child has been allocated a place on an activity, you will be required to make a non-refundable deposit, the amount of which will be dependent upon the actual cost of the trip. Further staged payments to cover the cost of the more expensive trips will then be organised so that the costs are spread out as much as possible.
Please Note: All payments must be paid using our MCAS system. No cash payments can be accepted. If you do not have internet access, please contact the school Enrichment Office.
In the event of a withdrawal from a trip all payments made are completely non-refundable in their entirety, under any circumstance. Most trips are based on minimum attendance levels, and payment to the provider will have been made.
We are a fully inclusive school and want all our students to have as many positive experiences and outcomes as possible during this week.
