BOOKING YOUR ACTIVITY

Please use our Enrichment Week website to look at all the activities being offered for 2026.

The website contains all the detailed information including payment schedules and any additional information.

When you have fully read the information, please carefully consider which options would be most appropriate for your child. We have tried to include a large variety of interests and costs.

Booking is made via this website. The booking system will open on Wednesday 12th November 2025 at and close at 3pm on Monday 24th November 2025.

This year we are operating a first and second choice selection system for each day – this is not done on first come, first served basis, priority may be given to Year 9 for example as it is their final year for Enrichment. We will make every effort to ensure you receive a first or second choice option.

Please ensure you select your second choice option as carefully as the first, you may be allocated either one of these based on availability.

If you do not select an activity for each day, your child will be allocated one by the Enrichment Team.

Please make sure that you are selecting a different activity for each day, this way we can ensure all students have the option to try something they want and they are much more likely to receive their first and second choice options.

Once a place has been allocated for your child, we will not be able to swap their activities at a later date.

Following the Booking Form closing, we will then allocate all students to activities, and aim to communicate the activities offered by Monday 1st December. Deposit payments will then be assigned on MCAS.

Monday 1st December – Activity Allocations announced

Friday 5th December – Deadline for Deposit Payment
