If you're a meal planner kind of person, we suggest using the worksheet below. Each week on the reflection day, look to the 7 days ahead. Consider what days you have more or less time, when you have a long car ride and a podcast could fit into your life, or a day when you're maxed out and a short video is the best fit. Then, select one piece of content from each of the days and jot it down for yourself so that you're set with a plan for the week.Â
