It would be a good practice to follow up with the student / check the sheet if the student had a session with them. Additionally, Gyan Dhan will conduct a monthly session for us talking about student financing and you should encourage your students to attend as well.
Please read this section to understand how student applications from Agents have to be put in the system
Accepting student applications:
Step 1: Agent fills the student applications on the partner portal https://partners.theworldgrad.com/student-applications
Step 2: Agent management team is notified by LSQ that the application has come in. Agent management team to review the information filled and ensure basic information such as - product, commencing term, target university, preferred destination, is added and information submitted is complete
Step 3: Agent management team to fill in the offer request form (google form) for each of the universities / programs the student is applying for.
Step 4: Agent management team should follow up and track status of student applications regularly in LSQ and accordingky change lead stage from application to offer letter to visa to payment and ultimately enrolled stage (and corresponding substages). Refer to lead stage document attached.
Stage 5: If the student accepts and makes payment then sales recording needs to be do be done as per the sales recording protocol.
