Yes, all packages come with this service. I will meet you and everyone that will be in the ceremony at the venue for a rehearsal. The rehearsal will take about 30 minutes to 1 hour.

Yes! We have partnerships with over 30 vendors. Discounts vary from 10-20% off, flat dollar amounts to freebies!

Yes, after signing the contract and deposit is made, You will get a welcome packet with all things weddings...Such as check lists, planning timelines, list of vendors, vendor tip guide etc.

Yes! We have different tiers of rentals.
Free tier - A small collection of items such as tea light candles, easels, signs and more.
Upgrade tier - Flat rate based on your guest count. Thousands of pieces!
A la cart - Extra items for your wedding that you may need. These items are priced individually. From customized Welcome Mirrors to lawn games.

Regrettably, the setup of tables, chairs, linens, and china is not encompassed in our packages. Our priority is to concentrate on perfecting every intricate detail of your wedding, ensuring a flawless and memorable experience. Typically, the catering team will do this for you. If you are more of a DIY bride and did not opt for full service catering, you will need to assign friends or family to take on this task.

Unfortunately, our packages does not include the clean up of the venue. Usually the full service catering team will do this for you after your event. If you did not opt for full service catering, you would need to assign friends or family to complete this task.

While the venues listed reflect locations I have previously worked at or am familiar with, please note that I am fully capable of delivering a seamless, stress-free wedding experience at any venue. Even if I have not yet coordinated a wedding at a specific location, thorough planning and preparation ensure a smooth event. I conduct venue walkthroughs in advance to understand the layout, logistics, and unique details of the space—allowing me to create an organized, well-executed celebration no matter the setting.
