Ever since I was in college I was known to get involved in various activities and bring people together for a good time. From parties, conventions to volunteer events, I plan and execute with the guests in mind. 

I got into wedding coordinating on accident! One random day a few years ago, one of my sorority sisters asked if I would assist her in a few of her weddings. From that day on, I have been working weddings and my interest in them grew! Shout out to my Sorority Sister, Laura Kim, owner and lead planner of Iconic Events LLC! Since then I have been trained to become a lead planner/coordinator under Veronica Reily from White Dress Black Tie events. 

Hello, my name is Vivian! I'm fairly new to wedding coordinating but have always loved event planning for friends and family so it just seemed natural to extend my experience into the wedding scene! To say I find joy in coordinating is an understatement! My favorite part of the process is when both, coordinator and bride, realize that it is no longer a service just being provided but a true friendship developing while planning the most special day of your life together. Can't wait to meet you and can't wait to party! 

Hi, I'm Lisa! I've always believed that love deserves to be celebrated, which is exactly what drew me to assisting with weddings. There is truly nothing better than helping a couple bring their vision to life and watching all the little details come together on their day. When I'm not assisting with a wedding, I'm adding pages to my latest scrapbook, booking my next flight to somewhere new, or rewatching a favorite romcom with a bowl of ice cream in hand. My full-time career as a Business Analyst keeps me sharp on timelines, budgets, and logistics, so you can rest easy knowing the details are being handled. More than anything, I just love love, and that's what makes this opportunity so special to me. Every couple I work with has a unique story, and getting to be even a small part of it is something I never take for granted. My background is in intelligence analysis for the federal government and non-profits, but my attention to detail and ability to plan for various scenarios gives me a unique perspective and ability to anticipate and mitigate potential problems that could interfere with your special day. I got started in wedding planning in 2018 when a dear friend (fellow wedding planner!) asked me to help plan her wedding and serve as her day of coordinator. Walking with her through all of the planning and watching her on her special day is one of my most cherished memories. I also planned my own wedding in 2015 and I understand first hand the stress and intricacies that go into planning a wedding and I’m so happy to be able to use my knowledge and skills to help couples celebrate such a beautiful and pivotal time in their lives. 

I’m John, the proud husband of Jennette and her trusty sidekick in the wedding business. When I’m not diving into the tech world as a full-time IT professional, you’ll find me bringing dreams to life as Jennette's wedding assistant and a passionate decorator. Together, we also run Partydreams Ashburn (a  decoration rental company) where we sprinkle a little magic on every celebration.

From arranging tablescapes to ensuring every detail is picture-perfect, I love being part of the happiest days of people’s lives. In my downtime, you might catch me playing pickle ball and playing outside with our kids. Together with Jennette, we believe in love, laughter, and making every event unforgettable!
