My name is Jennette and I would love to be a part of your special day! 

Ever since I was in college I was known to get involved in various activities and bring people together for a good time. From parties, conventions to volunteer events, I plan and execute with the guests in mind. 

I got into wedding coordinating on accident! One random day a few years ago, one of my sorority sisters asked if I would assist her in a few of her weddings. From that day on, I have been working weddings and my interest in them grew! Shout out to my Sorority Sister, Laura Kim, owner and lead planner of Iconic Events LLC! Since then I have been trained to become a lead planner/coordinator under Veronica Reily from White Dress Black Tie events. 

Hello, my name is Bobbie. I started my career as an active duty Army logistics officer, where I managed complex operations and tight timelines in high-pressure environments. After transitioning out of the Army, I now work as an event specialist at the Pentagon, planning and executing military and ceremonial events. I still rely on my logistics background every day, but my focus has shifted toward creating experiences that feel thoughtful and memorable for both Service members and civilians.

What drew me to weddings is the opportunity to create something truly centered around each couple to share their story, style, and the moments that matter most to them. I love the balance of structure and creativity that weddings require, where every detail can be thoughtfully designed to feel personal and meaningful. I’m so excited to be part of the team at Lilo and to help bring your vision to life in a way that feels authentic to you!

Hi, I'm Lisa! I've always believed that love deserves to be celebrated, which is exactly what drew me to assisting with weddings. There is truly nothing better than helping a couple bring their vision to life and watching all the little details come together on their day. When I'm not assisting with a wedding, I'm adding pages to my latest scrapbook, booking my next flight to somewhere new, or rewatching a favorite romcom with a bowl of ice cream in hand. My full-time career as a Business Analyst keeps me sharp on timelines, budgets, and logistics, so you can rest easy knowing the details are being handled. More than anything, I just love love, and that's what makes this opportunity so special to me. Every couple I work with has a unique story, and getting to be even a small part of it is something I never take for granted. I’m John, the proud husband of Jennette and her trusty sidekick in the wedding business. When I’m not diving into the tech world as a full-time IT professional, you’ll find me bringing dreams to life as Jennette's wedding assistant and a passionate decorator. Together, we also run Partydreams Ashburn (a  decoration rental company) where we sprinkle a little magic on every celebration.

From arranging tablescapes to ensuring every detail is picture-perfect, I love being part of the happiest days of people’s lives. In my downtime, you might catch me playing pickle ball and playing outside with our kids. Together with Jennette, we believe in love, laughter, and making every event unforgettable!

With a background in communications and education, I am a natural planner, problem-solver, and people person. Whether it’s keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes or jumping in wherever needed, I’m here to make sure your big day feels seamless, stress-free, and full of great energy.

Outside of weddings, you can find me reading a good book, planning my next travel adventure, volunteering in my community, or picking up a new language (slowly but surely!). I love connecting with people from all walks of life, which is a big part of what makes this work so meaningful to me.

Hi, my name is Lucia, and I can’t wait to help the wedding of your dreams come true!

I have always been the planner of my family, organizing milestone birthdays, to my sister’s graduation party, bridal shower and first baby shower! I also just love weddings and stories of love. I have always told friends and family, if I wasn’t working as a health communications specialist, I would be a wedding planner! I planned my own wedding, but we had the help of a coordinator on the day of, which my husband and I appreciated so much. These personal experiences have given me insight into how to be as supportive as possible to a bride and groom, as well as their families, through anticipating their needs and keeping a positive attitude throughout the day—no matter what happens!
