Mobility in Malta

Mobility in Malta began on Sunday 11th February with the departure of 11 students and the two teachers L. Tornincasa and R. Santullo, welcomed by the St Jeanne Antide College Immaculate Conception School of Tarxien. An atmosphere of friendship, sharing and sympathy was immediately created between the Maltese students and all the students from the partner countries.

On the first day of mobility as  welcome there was a "Carnival party"  and, in the following days, there were guided tours. Students began to raise awareness of the Maltese cultural heritage. They visited place as Birgu, the capital Valletta, Mdina and Rabat where the students enjoyed typical Maltese food such as the famous "pistizzi" and various desserts.

On the last day, the web radio podcast was broadcast and listened in all partner countries. This occasion allowed the Italian, Hungarian, Spanish and Maltese young people to express and share their impressions about the experience.

The mobility ended with a "farewell party" in Zurrieq with a spectacular sunset over the sea.

Thanks to the Erasmus project of the Manzoni high school, the students had the opportunity to have a multicultural and multilingual experience that will forever remain a milestone in their educational background.
