Ettore Majorana High School, in Rho (MI) was born in 1966 in Buon Gesù street, as a different branch of Vittorio Veneto Institute, in Milan. In 1976, it became independent, opening a new location in Ratti 88 street.
Majorana High School differs from other schools in Rho thanks to its four different courses (Applied Sciences - Scientific - Scientific Cambridge - Linguistic) aimed at preparing those who intend to continue their studies in the university sphere.
The main goal of the institute is to value culture’s educational potential, in order to offer students critical thinking skills to comprehend reality and to operate in it meaningfully, enhancing scientific theoretical knowledge, in the scientific fields, and the cultural-communicative one.
Since 1st September 2019, the school’s principal has been professor Iacazio Elisa, graduated in Foreign Languages and Literature. Ever since the beginning of her management, she has committed herself to improve the institute as a whole: ameliorating the structure, renovating it, promoting afternoon lessons in order to consolidate the subjects in depth, encouraging the participation in local and national competitions. The school also has a vice-principal-Teacher .
